Cavitation erosion often occurs on the surface of many underwater applications, which can cause severe damage to materials and reduce their performance. Since is impact pressure induced by collapse an individual cavitation bubble near wall, make a better prediction prevent potential, in this paper, we carry out systematic investigations characteristics direct numerical simulation using vapor model. The volume fluid (VOF) method adopted capture interface between two phases. results show that wave jet are primary inducements impacts wall. reason for emission after bubble's main part. And stagnation front jet. After parametric study with respect initial radius, driving pressure, stand-off distance, predicting equations proposed at γ ≥ 1.74.
